Of course nobody should be surprised that former President Donald Trump is throwing America’s PGA tour under the bus to side with Saudi Arabia’s LIV Golf tour. This as the latter uses it sovereign wealth fund to make the former seem like a tour only for poor losers.
Former United States President Donald Trump urged golfers to join LIV Golf and ‘take the money’ now ahead of the series’ next event at Trump National Golf Bedminster at the end of the month. …
Trump’s comments come soon after the families of 9/11 victims asked him to cancel the upcoming event in New Jersey, scheduled for July 29 to 31, citing LIV Golf’s connections to the Saudi Arabian sovereign wealth fund.

He only values what he can count in dollars
This, after all, is the same Trump who threw America’s CIA under the bus to side with Russia’s FSB while he was serving as a hopelessly compromised US president. So this money-grubbing former president is nothing if not consistent.
For the record, though, it would never even occur to any other former president of the United States to encourage American athletes to betray the PGA, a tradition as American as apple pie and Chevrolet, to join LIV, a concoction as venal as taking a bribe to throw your own game.
But, in addition to the above, nobody should expect any better from this former president who is the first in US history to attempt a coup to remain in office. This just goes to show that his treasonous contempt for the United States knows no bounds…
He couldn’t care less about 9/11 victims
Most people would be moved by the pleas of the families of 9/11 victims. But everyone knows Trump is such an amoral gilded-tower grifter, he won’t even give their pleas a moment’s thought.
After all, even as president, he spent more time throughout the Covid-19 pandemic telling brazen lies and peddling snake-oil cures.
This showed that he cared more about covering his own ass than protecting the welfare of living Americans. Therefore, nobody should expect him to forego easy money just to show respect for the memory of dead ones.
