I hesitate to comment on people’s physical appearance, even when celebrities invite it. But teachable moments are in vogue these days. And I’m an ACE-certified fitness trainer. So, I have standing to comment on Madonna’s new physique.
Madonna’s veiny body
Madonna (50) is so vain, she thinks her veiny body is hot. But it’s not.
Indeed, she should appreciate the difference between a lean body and a veiny one. But I fear she’s suffering from body dysmorphic disorder. Only that explains the bizarre pride she has in her ghoulish appearance. Madonna is so skeletal she makes skinny models look healthy.
Madonna’s body and Michael’s face
Madonna’s body is changing almost as dramatically as Jackson’s face did.
But, unlike Jackson, plastic surgeons had no hand in creating Madonna’s new look.
She professes to exercise three to four hours every day. That, coupled with her notorious penchant for calorie-restriction diets, would do it. It’s a wonder she retains any body fat at all – could those be A-cup implants?
Pairing obsessive exercise with extreme dieting is a thing now. And Madonna is the poster child for the hazards it portends. Especially when you supplement it with diuretics to prevent bloating. That’s a recipe for unsightly vascularity; think skin that looks like a road map.
I’m sorry, but I do not find that kind of body the least bit attractive. And I shudder to think what it’s like making love to those dry bones.
You needn’t just take my word for it; Madonna’s husband aired dissatisfaction. That might explain why he’s now her ex.
The pop queen’s obsession with maintaining a perfect body has been cited as one of the factors behind her split with Guy Ritchie. …
The strict regime reportedly meant the couple went for 18 months without making love. When they did find time to make love, it was like ‘cuddling up to a piece of gristle,’ Ritchie is said to have told friends.

I caution women envious of Madonna’s physique to take heed. Because too much exercise can be hazardous to your health and love life.
Madonna had a lean body a few years ago. It was beautiful and desirable, I’m sure. But trust me, achieving that lean look isn’t all that hard. Just exercise for one hour six days a week and eat a low-fat diet of around 1200 calories daily. That’s it.
