It has become a cherished tradition for most Americans to honor the memory of dead presidents by going to shopping malls and the memory of fallen soldiers by going to the beach….
But, for the few who care, Happy Memorial Day!

I agree Anthony. It wouldn’t be so bad if people just took a minute to remember the sacrifices of those who died so that we can shop and go to the beaces but I doubt most Americans even bother to do that. We take too much granted.

I’m feel really bad because I just came in from the shore and realize that I’m one of those ungrateful Americans you write about in this post.
