Therefore, I shall suffice to refer you to objective reviews, which you’ll find with the book’s listing at all major booksellers. I will also provide a link to reviews in the sidebar of this page in coming days.
For the best deal on price, handling and shipping, however, I recommend the booksellers linked to below (especially if you’re buying several copies to give to family, friends, colleagues, et al.).
And, it might interest you to know that proceeds from the sale of this book will benefit two Caribbean charities: one that promotes childhood health and fitness (perhaps you recall reading in my bio that I’m an ACE-Certified fitness trainer…); and another that provides lifestyle education to help children with Autism and learning disabilities live independent lives.
Finally, I have a proposition for you – even though my publisher iUniverse, which is a publishing house owned by Barnes & Noble, will probably kill me for making it. But if you’re interested in bulk orders (i.e. 20 or more copies), I invite you to contact me (in the person of my faithful webmistress, Caroline) at: [email protected]. Because if I were to endorse such orders, you’d get a 40% discount plus free or greatly-discounted handling and shipping costs.
Thank you in advance for your support.

In my retirement, I’ve become an addicted blog surfer. Yours is one of the best I’ve found yet—fair, objective, & stimulating. Have even bought your two published journals. While checking out your blog, I also did some research on your background, which is equally interesting & impressive. Being an inveterate puzzle solver, I did want to ask if you could elaborate a little on your legal education & experience. It may be none of my business, but hoped you would be willing to clarify. When and where did you obtain your JD? Where are you licensed to practice law? (I think at least in D.C., but see references to “several international jurisdictions”.) And, where is your law firm located in D.C.? Is it your own one-man practice or are you affiliated with a larger firm?
Finally, was also intrigued that you had been or might still be also a fitness trainer, but did not find you in ACE database of certified trainers, so assumed you might have let it lapse after early work in N.Y. Finally, in that regard, the chronology in the biographic profile was a little confusing. I confirmed that you were a member of Williams College class of 1984, but it is hard to sort out the sequence of events thereafter. It sounds as if you went to NY first, for appx. six years, then to law school in MA., then to D.C.? But first paragraph makes it sound as if you went on to college and law school in MA after prep school.
Sorry to be so nosy, but I’ve got plenty of idle time and it is easy to get carried away doing research.
Keep up the good work,
Bill Z. Smith
