I am contacting you to get permission to put the trans fat cartoon in a handbook I am putting together for feeding assistance. If I can how would you like to be credited for it?

Sources of trans F.A.s include:
Hydrogenation of liquid oil into vegetable ghee and margarine.
Deep-fried fast food.
These fats are used in manufacture of biscuits, cakes and chips.
Saturated F.A.s cannot be converted to trans F.A.s.
Trans F.A.s are more atherogenic than saturated F.A.s, as they increase LDL cholesterol and decrease HDL cholesterol.
