Team Trump filed over 60 lawsuits in their failed attempt to overturn the 2020 presidential election. So it speaks volumes that they have already filed over 100 lawsuits to influence the outcome of this election. Their strategy involves suppressing the votes of Blacks and Hispanics communities, then lying in wait to contest and litigate the results.
Yet nobody is highlighting the unwitting admission in their strategy. After all, they’re filing these lawsuits and planning a repeat of 2020 because, despite their bluster, they expect Trump to lose again in 2024. And they’re right: Kamala will win!
Of course, everyone knows Trump will rush to declare victory on Tuesday night. But this gives Biden an opportunity to seal his legacy. As soon as the polls close, he should steal Trump’s election-denying thunder by delivering this message from the Oval Office:

My fellow Americans, thank you for voting today. Our democracy isn’t perfect, but our commitment to free and fair elections remains a global beacon. Some states may need a day or two to finalize vote counts. But weeks ago, fearing he would lose, Trump and his MAGA followers began laying the groundwork to overturn the results, just like in 2020. Thanks to Mr. Trump himself, however, the Supreme Court has vested the sitting president with absolute immunity to wield unchecked power in the interest of election integrity and national security.
Therefore, I’m putting Trump and his MAGA followers on notice: File all the legal challenges you want. But I will not hesitate to arrest any of you, including Trump himself, if you interfere with election officials or incite any violence. May God bless America and protect our troops.
