The media are hailing Nikki Haley for her “blunt message” to Trump, telling him to focus on GOP issues instead of personal attacks against Kamala Harris. But let’s not forget this is the same Haley who once declared that no one in their right mind would vote for a wannabe Mafia Don who’s now a convicted con. Yet here she is, not only pledging to vote for him but also staking her reputation on persuading others to do the same.
That’s why Haley now sounds like a battered spouse, pleading with the abusive husband she has no intention of ever leaving. She’s the enabler of everything she complains about in Trump’s behavior.
That said, trust me, there’s no abuse Haley won’t willingly endure to prevent Harris from becoming the first female president of the United States. And it only deepens her simmering envy that Harris is a Black woman of Indian descent.
