It’s really that simple: like Putin’s oligarchs, Trump’s wannabe oligarchs will side with money over democracy any day.

Meanwhile, Trump repeatedly warned there would be “death and destruction … and riots in the streets like we’ve never seen” if Democratic prosecutors indict him. Well, they indicted him four times, and a “Democratic jury” has even convicted him.

Yet, crickets! That’s because Trump was unwittingly projecting. That is what would happen if he’s reelected and tried to turn American democracy into a Chinese-style autocracy.

Trust me, “there will be blood ” if Republicans try to treat Democrats, especially Blacks and Hispanics, the way the Communists treat the Uyghurs.

But why are billionaire Jews supporting Trump?

Trump has shown time and again that he’s an arrogant antisemite. Yet rich and prominent Jews, like Bill Ackman and Steve Schwarzman, are proudly supporting him.

They seem convinced that Trump will protect their wallets. And they seem willing to sacrifice their racial identity, even support for the state of Israel, for tax cuts.

Alas, one need only recall how some Jews proudly collaborated with the Nazis before and during World War II to understand the self-abnegating folly afoot.
